Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable. Custom items are non-refundable/non-returnable. If a custom costume does not fit based on the measurements you've submitted, I will be more than happy to make the necessary changes for a fee that will be based on the level of alternations needed. Additional shipping charges will also be your responsibility. If a fit problem occurs due to an error on my part, alterations and shipments will be made at no cost to you. Fit issues are very rare.
